Check-in is after 3:00 PM with a keypad self check-in. Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
Do I need a four-wheel-drive vehicle?
A 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended, especially in winter. Mountain roads and the driveway can be steep. There is parking for up to 8 compact or 6 full-size vehicles.
Are pets allowed?
Up to two pets are welcome for an additional fee. Pets must be disclosed when booking.
Is there a pool?
Guests have access to the Chalet Village community pool and tennis courts right across the street, open seasonally, plus a private hot tub at the house that is open all year.
Can the house host a celebration or retreat?
The chalet is built for groups: birthdays, anniversaries, bachelor and bachelorette weekends, family reunions and small retreats. Concierge services such as grocery pre-stocking, private chefs, in-home massage and celebration setup can be arranged. Occupancy and quiet hours are enforced.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the home.
