House rules

Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out before 10:00 AM
Maximum 12 guests; occupancy and noise policies are strictly enforced
No smoking anywhere on the property
Up to 2 pets allowed with a fee; undisclosed pets are subject to a fine
Valid government ID and a security deposit may be required
Exterior security camera at the front door only

Booking & payment

Direct reservations are managed in the same reservation system that powers our Airbnb calendar, so availability shown here is live. Your total, including cleaning, fees and applicable Tennessee and Sevier County taxes, is shown before you confirm. Card payments are processed by Stripe; this website never stores card numbers.

Requests to book are confirmed by the host, usually within the hour. Your card is not charged for a request until it is accepted.

Cancellation

The cancellation policy for your dates is shown with your price before you book and repeated in your confirmation email. If you have questions about a specific policy, ask before booking and we will explain it plainly.

Security deposit & ID

A valid government ID and a refundable security deposit may be required after booking. Credit card fraud is reported and prosecuted.

Pets

Up to two pets are welcome with an additional fee. Undisclosed pets may result in a $500 fine per pet.

Smoking, occupancy & noise

No smoking inside or outside the home; violations are subject to a $300 fine. Occupancy and noise policies are strictly enforced, and fines for violations can reach up to $10,000.

Safety & privacy

There is an exterior security camera at the front door only. No cameras are inside the home. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher are provided.

Privacy

We use the details you give us (name, email, phone, dates) to handle your reservation and to contact you about your stay. If you opt in, we may send occasional returning-guest offers; you can unsubscribe at any time. We use basic analytics to understand how visitors use this site. We do not sell your information.
